WHAT YOU NEED:
Audio Receiver(In front of seat)
Earbuds or headset
Correct language channel
Insert the earbud/headset jack fully into the receiver.
Use the channel buttons to choose your language:
Channel 1=English
Channel 2=Spanish
Use:
Channel Up+
Channel Down-
to change between language channels.
Use the volume buttons on the receiver:
Increase Volume +
Decrease Volume -
Make sure your earbud or headset jack is plugged in completely before adjusting volume.
Bluetooth is not available for the audio tour receivers.
The receivers do not connect to Bluetooth hearing aids, Bluetooth earbuds, or wireless headphones.
If earbuds are not a good option, shuttle staff may provide a headset as an alternative for listening to the guided narrated audio.
Try these steps:
1.Make sure the earbud or headset jack is fully inserted into the bottom of the Conexus audio system.
2. Check that the receiver is on the correct language channel. (1 for English; 2 for Spanish).
3. Tap on volume button.
4. Try another set of earbuds or headsets if available.
5. Ask shuttle staff for help before departure.
PLEASE RETURN ANY BORROWED AUDIO EARBUDS OR HEADSETS, AND DISPOSE OF THEM IN THE DESIGNATED BLUE RECYCLE BIN.
OTHERWISE, YOU MAY KEEP THEM.
